This property is located adjacent to a development of single family homes being developed by Denton Springs Land Development, with completion scheduled in 2027. There are retail lots on the north and south side of HWY 80 to be developed and sold.

North Benton Heights
Twenty-nine acres on Hwy 3, with existing utilities, a portion of which is in the city limits of Benton, Louisiana. A new data center is to be located 1.8 miles to the north. Due to 70 acres of low-lying property to the north, this North Benton Heights property is the only development site on the east side of Hwy 3 from the city limits to the data center location.
