Thomas W. Richardson, Owner
Thomas W. Richardson has been in the real estate development and investment business for over 50 years, specializing in single- and multi-tenant warehouses in the states of Georgia, Arizona, Louisiana, Texas, Washington, and California. He earned an Economics degree from Louisiana State University and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania. Upon graduation he worked in real estate finance in Washington, DC and on Wall Street. At 27, he was hired by Wells Fargo Bank to run a small real estate investment fund. He expanded the fund, adding Kaiser Permanente, General Motors, the World Bank, and the United Nations as fund clients.
As an independent investor with a small group of partners, he has acquired and managed over 20 investment properties. He formed B. A. Kelly Land Company in 2000 to manage and develop timberland, energy, and selected single-family and commercial properties in Louisiana.

Alan Brittain, Minerals
​
Alan Brittain earned a BA at Earlham College and an MA in geology at Indiana University. He has had a forty-one year career in the oil industry, serving as a geologist for Hunt Energy Corporation in Dallas, Exploration Manager for Crow Interests in Shreveport, and most recently O’Brien Resources, where he served as Vice President of Exploration. Alan now serves as operator and manager of family-owned farm and ranching operations in Bossier Parish, LA.

As Manager of B. A. Kelly Land Company, LLC, Alan’s focus is on proper stewardship of the B. A. Kelly properties from both a surface and subsurface (mineral) perspective, and seeking prudent investment opportunities. He is immediate past president of the Shreveport Geological Society and is a forty-one year member of AAPG (Certified Petroleum Geologist #3619).
