B. A. Kelly Land Company, LLC was formed in 2000 to consolidate various investment partnerships, and to acquire, manage, and develop timberland and recreational land, single-family land, retail and light industrial land, and energy resources in the state of Louisiana.

At present, three Bossier Parish parcels are undergoing single family and retail improvements. Two other properties are timberland with leased and unleased natural gas producing wells.
